Why we started.
Running a commercial property today means finding good people is harder than ever, wages keep climbing, and repetitive chores keep taking staff away from the people and tenants who need them most.
I started Smart Systems Automation because those quiet inefficiencies drain margin while the solution market leaves property teams juggling too many vendors, disconnected systems, conflicting quotes, and warranties with no single person accountable. SSA is built to be the opposite: one partner who tells you what is worth automating, handles the audit through procurement and freight, coordinates vetted licensed regional installers, and leaves the facility running hands-free so labour can stay focused on the work that needs a human.
